KatesCanineCare Service Agreement

Clear expectations make for happy pets and happy owners. This page summarizes what our service agreement covers. We go over the full agreement with you after your meet & greet, before any services begin.

What the KatesCanineCare Service Agreement Covers

Services and scheduling

The agreement lists the services you've booked, whether that's dog walking, drop-in visits, overnight stays, Pup Escapades or pet transportation, along with your schedule. If your plans change, please tell us as soon as possible so we can adjust.

Payment terms

• Weekly dog walking is due at the end of each week.
• Vacation walks and drop-ins are due the day services start.
• Overnights require a 25% deposit at booking, with the rest due the day services start.
• Transportation and park visits are due the day of the service.

Pet health and vaccinations

You agree to keep your pet's vaccinations current and to tell us about any medical conditions, medications, allergies or behavior concerns. Dog park outings require proof of up-to-date vaccinations.

Emergencies and veterinary care

You provide your veterinarian's information and an emergency contact. If your pet needs urgent care and we can't reach you, the agreement explains how we will get your pet treated.

Home access

You give us a way into your home, such as a key, lockbox or door code, and any alarm instructions. We keep access information secure and use it only to care for your pets.

Insurance and communication

Kate's Canine Care is insured through Pet Sitters Associates. We send daily updates and photos of every animal in our care, and we'll contact you right away if anything comes up.

Signing the KatesCanineCare Service Agreement

New clients review and sign the agreement before their first service. It covers all services we provide, including our overnight policy and boarding policy. If you have questions about any part of it, we're happy to walk you through it.
